Trunojoyo Madura University Holds International Bootcamp 2023
UKM-GSB Boot Camp Program 2023 is a collaborative program between Trunojoyo Madura University and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia which aims to expand student knowledge and provide international learning experiences. This program was implemented for 9 days from 4-12 September 2023 and was attended by three study programs from the Faculty of Economics and Business, namely, Development Economics, Accounting and Management study programs.
Four students representing the accounting study program from the Faculty of Economics and Business had the opportunity to take part in the bootcamp program and activities carried out by UKM-GSB. Various activities organized by UKM-GSB aim to provide students with international experiences such as sharing sections, industrial visits and games. On September 5-6 2023, UKM-GSB will focus on the sharing section which provides material such as business accounting, finance and management.
On September 7-8, Bootcamp participants visited industrial sites in Malaysia such as RHB Bank, the chocolate museum, Petronas Twin Towers, Putrajaya and IOI City Mall. In industry visit activities, students learn about business strategies and management concepts in developing industry.
UKM-GSB Bootcamp participants also had the opportunity to present a business plan which will be held on September 11 2023. This Business Plan Presentation provides new experiences for students in entrepreneurship and business and trains students to increase their self-confidence and work together in teams.
