Vision, Mission and Goals

Vision:

To become a superior study program at master’s level in the development of competent and critical human resources in the field of Forensic Accounting, which is achieved through a learning and research process at the national level in 2025.

Mission:

  1. Organizing accounting education and research with an interest in forensic accounting through a positivistic and critical approach with a commitment to continuously improving the quality of human resources.
  2. Carrying out community service by contributing accounting ideas and research results of interest in forensic accounting to stakeholders.
  3. Develop an accounting curriculum with an interest in forensic accounting that is adaptive to environmental changes and knowledge relevant to stakeholder needs.
  4. Increasing and maintaining cooperation with various stakeholders, including government, private, industrial, community and alumni agencies and institutions in supporting the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (education, research and service).

Goals:

Based on the vision and mission of the Master of Accounting Study Program, the objectives of the Master of Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Trunojoyo University, Madura include:

  1. Producing graduates (human resources) at master’s level who have noble character, are competent and critical in the field of accounting with an interest in forensic accounting.
  2. Generate thoughts and research in accounting with an interest in forensic accounting which is useful as an alternative source for solving fraud problems and developing forensic accounting science.
  3. Produce an accounting science curriculum with an interest in forensic accounting that is adaptive to environmental, social, knowledge and technological changes that are relevant to stakeholder needs.
  4. Improving the quality and quantity of collaboration with stakeholders, including government agencies and institutions, the private sector, industry, the community and alumni in the development of forensic accounting to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
  5. Increasing the quality and quantity of lecturers who have competency in accounting with an interest in forensic accounting.
  6. Improving the image of the study program to stakeholders on a national scale.
